The information was interesting and divided up so that it made a connection between the readings and the lectures. However, the speaker seemed uncomfortable and did not present himself well. More photos and being shown the pictures longer with him speaking behind them would have helped. Looking at little pictures on a computer/TV screen behind the speaker didn't help. Poor presentation although good subject matter.

Many of the links were broken so I had to outsource a lot of the reading assignments, but overall the video lecture portions of the course were well laid out and informative.

Purtroppo devo dare solo tre stelle perché molti dei link proposti durante il corso sono scaduti o non funzionanti. Ottimo insegnante.

this course was interesting but biased in a lot of ways. Alexander was Macedonian, but they glorify him like he's some great hero when to his enemies, he was called "Alexander the Destroyer Of Cities". A tyrant should never be glorified.

not great. MANY of the links are old and broken. the lecturer makes nearly no use of resources of computer based teaching and learning...like legible visual examples!

Exams out of order from information in lectures. Very frustrating. Videos following graded quiz had answers and info needed for quiz.

I love my Coursera Plus and Professor Andy seems like a very nice guy and is very knowledgeble. Unfortunately he is also very dry and monotonous. I made it through the first section and exam with a 90% but decided to withdraw from the Coursera offering and watch a similiar course on a different platform with a Professor who is more engaging. Hate to post negative reviews, especially since I failed to complete the entire course, but this one was just too boring to hold my attention any longer.
