It was a very informative class to take. Just want to thank you for putting this course together for people like myself that needs a need a new job. This will help me to do something that will help my state stop this COVID-19 .

Great information. Though I am not totally convinced this originated from bats. Easy to understand information; sometimes hard to retain. The actors were great! Thank you. Now I hope I can figure out how to get the certificate.

Very clear concise information. Very pleased with presentation. Anyone with a health background will have easy understanding, also so well payed out anyone can learn. Added bonus communication skills outlined. Highly recommend.

I learned more than I was expecting to and enjoyed the course very much. I would feel confident in doing contact and tracing work knowing that I have been exposed to the information and methodology I've learned in this course.

I really enjoyed the course. I am more informed and can better handle situations if I am hired as a Contact Tracer in Louisiana and also when I come into contact with others, I will be able to better explain the virus to them.

Very effective course for both beginners who are not involved in public health and just want to know the basics of COVID-19 and contact tracing, and to public health personnel who seek to improve their work in contact tracing.

I had some problems with the quizzes. I would answer the answers correct, but it would say that I failed and I would do it over again with the correct answers and it would still say that I failed. This happened several times.

The course has provided me quite useful knowledge about the sars-cov-2 and its related disease. It also gave me some legal and practical pieces of information about the effectiveness and importance of the contact tracing tool.

Very informative. Explained entirely what Covid-19 is and how to protect from getting or spreading it. Great steps and tools to apply to contact trace and clear descriptions of technical terms used in association to Covid-19.
