Easy to understand even though some of the concepts can be somewhat complex. Frequent learning probes to test unit knowledge helps reinforce course material. The instructor was very clear and concise during lecture portions, and the example videos of how to handle calls were well produced. Thank you for an excellent course.

I found the course to be very informative clear and concise. It also provided me with an opportunity to learn more about the Corona-viruses and particularly about COVID -19. I and to also have a better understanding about how COVID-19 spread so rapidly and causing a pandemic that literally shut the world down for awhile.

When I was trying to figure out how I can be helpful during this pandemic, taking this course and becoming a contact tracer was one of the best options that I could come up with. So I am grateful that I have been fortunate enough to be able to do this. The training was clear and focused and I definitely learned how to help.

Very informative and helpful. I appreciated that there were realistic concerns voiced by cases/contacts in order to provide possible responses and advice. I also really enjoyed the portion of the module that was about different complexities, and I felt the course did a great job of covering common problems and solutions.

The course is split up in very simple sections, not too long. The topics are very interesting, videos make the information very clear, readings were good and the quizzes helped prepare for the final assessment. Very interesting information to learn, I learned a lot of new things I never knew before. Very interesting topic.

This is a very good introduction to the Contact Tracing process. I would highly recommend it to everyone considering this as a way to understand the process and procedures of contact tracing. I especially appreciated that the videos were broken up into short sessions as opposed to an hour long droning lecture. Thank you!

This was an outstanding course! I learned so much information regarding COVID-19 and why there is such a crucial need for contact tracers if we are ever going to be able to reduce the spread and save lives.

It is Very useful tool in infection surveillance, creating rapport and follow up of both case and contacts. The videos are well made with clear audio and transcript. I recommend this to everyone. Th education materials provided in this context is in standard format, very clear and easy to understand. Moreover, putting the conversations in a virtual prospective way helps develop one's communicating skills to build rapport and revealing the information they need as a contact tracer for effective transmission control.

Having worked in the healthcare field for 10 years and given the current pandemic that we are experiencing, I felt this was the perfect course and the appropriate time to add to my resume. Well thought out course from start to finish. Would recommend this to anyone else wanting to also help stem the tide of this pandemic.

Great introduction to contact tracing for anyone, including administrative and clinical healthcare professionals. The content is clear and effectively prepares the learner for contract tracing.

All front line workers would benefit from the modules that objectively cover COVID-19 disease symptoms, testing and transmission.

This was an excellent course. Easy to read, a challenge for comprehension of example of communication choices and time frames for examples of positive case incubation infection time frames. Had to take time and analyze best choice answers. Scroll bar drop downon some did not realize more answers were present in questions.

I thought the course was very good. Due to emerging information and information from different resources re: transmission, I thought that some of the possible routes of transmission are possible although not discussed in the course but overall, a great course that will help me enhance my performance as a contract tracer.

Excellent introduction. I live in Chicago and will be taking a 4 week course of intensive training at a local college which has teamed with the Illinois Health Dept. Hopefully this and the new course will lead to a contact tracer position. This is a vitally important function and people should be aware of its importance.
