The second part of Wesleyan's Creative Writing course is, yet again, a wealth of knowledge for aspiring writers of all types. Thanks to Amy Bloom, Coursera, and Wesleyan University!

The contents and instruction were excellent. The peer reviews were worthless.

The exercises were the best part of this course. However, I continue to be frustrated by the inability to ask questions or for clarification and by the lack of feedback except through AI. Every learner assesses sixteen stories in every course. Yet not once have I received critique from another student or human instructor. And no one answers my inquiries as to how I can get any. Finally, Ms. Blooms lectures are very general and veer into more emotion than explanation often.
