Comprehensive introduction to the subject of purposeful living without being overwhelming in terms of time commitment or complexity of information. Very well produced and easy to follow.

The most useful part I found was the questions that lead to defining your own goals (be goal - do goal - action goal).

This course is an absolute joke. The "exercises" are an AI chatbot and you're supposed to chat with it. All the videos end with the guy promoting an app he developed and he insists and insists that you download it, it's just an endless advertising for this other app. The script is so unprofessional, half of the time the guy is just talking about his own life and saying "I love my granddaughter" every 15 seconds. There's nothing of value in this course and I would not recommend it.

The intergration and talking about an app I do not have and can not get access to ( I attempted after the first week) was frustrating. It was an okay course, but the intergration felt like an ad.
