Great course, really broadened my knowledge of Gmail and how versatile it is though some aspects of the video slides could use more illustrations . Would recommend it for anyone who wants to learn more about Gmail.

Should've standardized the voice, the video (some of the steps are too zoom out, some are okay as it zoomed in well to show the steps)

This course was really make me aware of how to use Gmail and what the features has in Gmail, I really glad for completed this course.

Overall the course was very easy to navigate and I learned a good amount of useful information.

The videos were often not nearly illustrative enough. If I were not already intimately familiar with the Google Workspace platform, I would have found it significantly more challenging to follow.

Some of the options didn't work exactly the same on a non-business Gmail account, but I still learned a few things.
