This is an excellent summary of my learning journey throughout the whole courses of the Microsoft Power BI Professional Certificate. After finishing this course I feel more confident about my skills in Power BI and I'm eager to put the new knowledges into practice. Hopefully, these learnings help me to clear the PL 300 microsoft exam!

It is good to get an official point of view for exam and materials but the courses are too long, it makes more sense to spent so much time on learning DAX.

I taught me a lot, but it was very difficult, with typos and not covering things that were asked in the tests.

I think there should be more practise exercises for each topic

The PL-300 Coursera course offers a significantly higher volume of video content and practice questions compared to Microsoft Learn. The material is well-organized, which is a definite plus. However, the course suffers from several critical flaws. Firstly, the content frequently feels like an extended advertisement, with excessive and redundant praise for Microsoft products, detracting from actual learning. Secondly, the course contains significant errors, including duplicated content. The quiz and practice questions are poorly designed, often irrelevant, overly specific, or likely generated by an AI, making them ineffective for exam preparation. Finally, portions of the material are outdated. While the quantity of resources is appealing, the quality and accuracy of the content need substantial improvement.

It was 40% theoretical, but I believe it needs to be more practical.
