Great basics. Some link or reading referencing Earned Value Management would be great. However, incredible value here just like all the courses before it in the series. Way to go Google!

I'm glad that I took this course because I could learn more about Retrospective and learn something I didn't really know about, which is the "Closing" process of a project.

It was a very immersive and interesting course -- a lot of self-learning to be done on my own to really understand and put together into practice the methedology.

I recently completed the Project Execution: Running the project course certification offered by Google on Coursera, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the course material and the delivery. Here's my review:

Firstly, the course is very well structured and organized. It starts with the basics of project management and then gradually builds up to more advanced topics. The course covers everything from creating a project plan and identifying and managing risks to tracking progress and communicating with stakeholders. The lessons are easy to follow, and the course is designed to be completed at your own pace.

Secondly, the course is very practical and hands-on. Throughout the course, there are numerous exercises and assignments that allow you to apply what you have learned. This not only reinforces your understanding of the concepts but also gives you practical experience in project management.

Thirdly, the course is taught by industry experts who have a wealth of knowledge and experience in project management. They share real-life examples and case studies that help you understand how to apply the concepts in the real world. Finally, the course is offered by Google, a well-respected company in the technology industry. This gives the course credibility and ensures that the course material is up-to-date and relevant.

Overall, I highly recommend the Project Execution: Running the project course certification offered by Google on Coursera. It is an excellent course for anyone looking to develop their project management skills, and the quality of the course material and delivery is top-notch.

I gave it 4 * only because I felt excluded from teaching due to lack of reading materials. We all learn things differently (watching, listening, doing) I had to read the script to learn the course materials.

This part of the specialization is a bit lengthy, but course contents are excellent. Whole course is designed very well. Only thing need to improve is instructor's pace and delivery. Her sound dies out by the end of her sentences. Maybe because I am not a native english speaker thats why I had difficulty listening to her compared to other instructors in this specialization.

The course is too long and some contents is similar to previous courses, although the instructor speaking style is better than in course 3. Also, in the data visualisation part, the content is too shallow.

Very boring in the middle! Absolutely impractical lectures about data, teambuilding and influence and no hands-on experience. The worst course in the specialisation so far.

This part of the course was very disappointing to me. It was boring, I feel I learned nothing, it actually made me confused by the whole concept and everything I've learned here so far.

I really missed the readings after the videos: In the previous courses there was a reading after every single video, so I could just watch and listen to the videos, then take notes using the readings. In this course I had to continuously stop the video, rewind, and take notes, it was very frustrating.

I am more surprised by the lack of readings because this course even mentions that there are three kinds of people when it comes to learning something, somebody learns after hearing, some after reading, some by practicing, and I liked the previous courses because they offered 3 of them with redundancy. So after I heard, read, and practiced the same thing I felt I understood and learned it. Now I feel I'll forget all of these I heard here. I've taken notes but still, I feel disappointed and a waste of time and money after this course.

The previous courses were pretty awesome, especially the first 2.

I still think the language of the quiz questions is too difficult for non-native speakers.

The teacher is well-spoken and knows the material. However, the time-frames given are very misleading because there are so few readings to use as notes. It would be much easier and organized to provide a reading before each video lesson that summarizes the main topics and some of the more important details. Then, when a student watches the video they will have already read the material and can add to the notes they have printed out. This would help throughout the entire course. This course in particular had an enormous amount of extra notes, so the videos took much longer than predicted.

I really didn’t like this teacher. The way she speaks puts emphasis on too many words in a single sentence, which ends up making the sentence lose its focus - because everything becomes emphasized. Listening to her for a long time becomes really exhausting. She also has a habit of swaying along with the rhythm of her speech, which affects how the message is delivered and makes it feel unnatural. I struggled a lot to get through this course, especially the video lesson. When I heard the voice of another teacher in the next course, I felt so so happy.

Knowing doesn't mean the ability to give it to someone else. The first part of the class went smoothly, but then it became tough to follow. The instructor should have ideas or examples to illustrate and explain the class to make it easy for the students. Thanks

As a data savy manager and heavy user, the way the data part is pictured is just wrong. Way too basic and build up with the wrong focus the be actually actionable. I think any other Data user will have raised the hands to the sky as I did.

It wasn’t the best course out of the six. While it included important information, it also felt a bit repetitive, with much of the content overlapping with the previous courses.

some of the information discussed seem like it was just busy work and had nothing to do with project management
