I have a small business and this specialization has been deeply helpful. I have been learning so much valuable and practical content that helps me managing my business better. I'd say that this is what I enjoy the most about the specialization as a whole, it's really hands-on and this improves my learning journey.

I liked the instructor the best in this course so far. They were more engaging. I do think that it focused more on communication rather than the flow of a project during it, but I do think it held a lot of great information and I liked that the material was more spread out. It worked better with my busy schedule.

My last year 2022 ended with a lot of challenges and blown-off opportunities, and for me this means starting on a new adventure by engaging myself in self paced learning and development tasks. I had achieved my goals somehow but my two last courses of Google Project management remained. That's the only lament

Confident ot walk into a room announce as the poject management. Pick, or received an assigned team devise a service, or a deliverable from start, implemented (or delivered) , closed, and to hand-off. The reward well be to work with amazing, and supportive people as such the student-learners at Coursera.

I really enjoyed this course. I learned that a proper closing is important to how future projects are handled and assigned. Closeout is the part that people are so happy to get to but don't necessarily want to do. If handled properly, the next project will already be ready for you to start with much ease.

One more course with lots of interesting and well-structured content (as always), but a bit long. I especially liked the last part - "Closing a project" - I had no idea that just because a project is done doesn't mean it's closed. All criteria, steps to take and documentation to be addressed... Amazing!

This course was an excellent wrap-up to the Project Management specialization. The videos are engaging and provide just the right amount of information in bite-sized pieces so you can easily work through at your own pace. The material covered is relevant, and I appreciate the many useful templates.

Please, change the instructor. She is speaking very quickly, unclear, the tone of her voice is unpleasant and it is difficult to understand what she tells even reading the subtitles. English is not my native language and it is very hard for me to understand the materials of this course. Thank you!

I like the pace of the course but I would have really benefited from watching someone actually close the project (step-by-step) since it's such an integral component of successful project management. Seeing someone close the project compared to what is currently available would be more beneficial.

This is the last IT Project Management Course in Here Project Execution: Running the Project After Project Planning: Putting It All Together and Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project in First and Second Course. The Lecturer is very Excel and Awesome When Teaching This From Zero.

The course material is very completed to describe how to run the project and all the videos are easier to understand. The assignements are not easy to completee, but it works to practice very well when followed all the instructions to do. I leart a lot from this course and I am appreciated.

This was an awesome course. I really learned so much about the correct to run, communicate and organize a project. My supervisor will be so happy that I have learned to communicate properly, and not use one or two work responses, when communicating with the team. Thank you Coursera!

The resources are easily accessible-minimalizing decays in task compltion. All milestones were scheduled and potential risk identified. The project execution phase addresses minor challenges while revealing areas of improvement. This will allows for improvements, in future pfojects.

Helpful to learn the relevant documentation in project management (e.g., Closeout Reports, Meeting Agendas), with a focus on teaching you how to be an efficient communicator and motivating team leader. A lot of the materials discusses how to approach situations with your soft-skills.

I have enjoyed going through the Project Execution: Running the Project as it gives me great insights into how not only to run a project well but to also seek ways within my own work and life environment to improve . Great job to the Google Team and the course trainers/ facilitators.

It delivers knowledge, structured knowledge, on how to execute project management which isn't fundamentally new but is grouped in a way that is simple and effective, and better yet, it gives you the language of how to engage with younger generations properly. Thanks for that Google!

Well structured and delivered with good content, and clear explanations of content. Various learning methodologies are employed to create a practical learning experience through a near simulated learning experience. Engagement and integrity based. Excellent and highly recommended.

I am happy to finish module 4 and I want to say that it is very voluminous and includes a lot of useful information. The course includes information on risk management, quality management, customer satisfaction measurement, data-based decision-making, leadership and team work.

It is a very practical and pragmatic course, since everything focuses on how to manage projects in the real world.

Excellent for those who want to learn to manage projects from the beginning.

Please be informed that am learning this in a difficult circumstance cuz I live in Tigray/Mekelle we are in War with Ethiopia & Eriteria so to get internet connection is very difficult. However in those circumstance am done learning my Project Managment & I love this course.

I wanted to delve into the abandoned and never-ending projects, because they are the cases that have touched me and that have always been difficult for me to adapt, either due to my own limitations or due to disadvantageous conditions for the team that I have had to direct.

AMAZING! The teaher in this course did an awesome job at explaining everything. She made me feel like I actually in a classroom. I also loved the fact she didnt leave us to read a million sheets of paper by ourselves she taught the lessons. I feel accomplished, thank you!
