Excellent. I gained invaluable skills. I will go back to the course to understand the material as I apply the skills in my day to day activity if I work in QA or get a similar role.

Very easy to follow along, repetition of key ideas helped with memorizing them. It was also important for the key ideas to be connected across different modules.

If anyone has completed Lean/Six Sigma Yellow or Green belt training, this course is a waste of time. The presenter reads word-for-word from the slides, often repeating the same things multiple times throughout the lectures. I completed the course in 3 hours. You can skip through the videos and read the 'additional reading' at the end to gather the key takeaways. Many of the audio recordings have dogs barking, horns beeping, and kids yelling in the background. The specific real-world examples they used are so generic that they are nearly worthless. Example: Company A had quality issues. Company A implemented a quality plan. Company A's quality improved. Nothing specific, nothing useful. Using real numbers and such would be more impactful, especially since this is all about quality, which is inherently quantitative.
