Dr Santos is engaging and honest. This course was a very helpful and productive way for me to spend some long pandemic days. I honestly feel that I will carry what I have learned through out my life.

Absolutely amazing course with a large dose of science and practical exercises. The instructor is very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure for me to attend the course and listen to Laurie every week. :)

One of the best online courses there are. Everyone should at leat give it a try to watch it, not only youll understand how your brain works but learn how to improve your happiness

Great course since it combines theory with practical lessons/homework! Empathic teacher, good and interesting setting of the class. The WOOP part is a bit lenghty and unclear.
