This was a simple project for the first introduction that provided the basics of a business analyst's job description. I wish there were additional resources for flow charts than a limited free version of lucid charts, but that's not on the instructor. Or even the use of charts in Google or a similar free program. A point of improvement I would have liked is more options for problem breakdowns and the '5 whys' to get to the root cause. This way a student it felt less like I was told and more that I had to figure it out.

Pros: It is a quick review about Business Analysis. I enrolled because it is free and I appreciate free courses.

Cons: A lot of spelling errors. As others said, the sound is unbelievably bad and I'm surprised Coursera has allowed such poor quality on their website. It sounds like it was recorded in a noisy lecture theatre or recorded from an airport loud speaker.

The structured approach offered in the project helped me grasp the fundamental concepts of analyzing businesses from a process perspective. The content is well-organized, making it accessible for individuals new to the field while still providing depth for seasoned professionals.

I have learned about business process and business models with guided project. I want to learn more guided projects and want more experiences. Thank you for your online free course. Now I have basic knowledge and can start learning more and more.

Short and crisp course, which helps for a quick understanding on the Business Analysis & Process Management. It is encouraged to add more examples and details that will cover the CBAP pillar so that it makes better understanding for new learners.
