This was a great course. I learned somethings I didn't know and thought I was doing right. The instructor was clear, concise, to the point and engaging. I would recommend it to everyone.

Very informative, clear presentation, easy to follow instructions, and plenty of options without making anyone feel guilty or shamed.

it is clear and well illustrated and I especially liked the fact that the biological classification and culinary ones were differentiated and explained. It's a shame that the units are only expressed in american ones, as the course would also benefit a lot of people outside the US and don't know what an oz is

I learn a lot from the course but the only thing is that you don't get is no certificate and that is not right

This is well designed but however, more engagement of students are necessary to improve their learning.

promoted the use of dairy products and animal products which I and many others believe to be unhealthy. See Doctors Michael Greger, Michael Klaper and Neal Barnard. see slso Switch4Good. Did enjoy the other material though.
