Compact course with clear recommendations on how to be assertive in certain situations and a quiz at the end to help you solidify that knowledge. Practice of course makes perfect - I'm now going to look out for an assertiveness tool that takes this knowledge and turns it into something that will help me either live or in preparing for discussions or in analyzing discussions to see what could be done better.
