You learn about the members of the agile team. Next, you explore adaptive project management, starting with the important concept of servant leadership. You examine adaptive teams, their structures and roles, and the project manager's role in an adaptive environment. You also learn how to estimate the costs of adaptive projects using a technique called relative estimating, and you cover measuring, estimating, and tracking adaptive projects. You explore different types of adaptive frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Crystal, Safe, and Extreme, and finally, you learn about tailoring adaptive projects.
