    Commonwealth Education Trust

    The Commonwealth Education Trust invests in teachers through teacher professional development courses, online workshops and teaching content to improve the lives of learners around the world. Learning poverty affects almost 250 million children around the world. It is estimated that up to 80% of children in low-income countries remain unable to read and understand a simple story by the age of ten. Through providing teachers with access to digital professional development materials and a community, we improve the learning outcomes of the children they teach. We do this through four pillars.
