Throughout this program, you will complete hands-on projects that reflect real sales development workflows. You will build AI-powered lead scoring & segmentation tools using OpenAI GPT & Google Gemini, applying prompt engineering techniques to automate lead evaluation and prioritization. You will use Microsoft Copilot in PowerPoint to create a methodology-based sales pitch presentation, importing product and prospect data, matching features to client needs, & modeling pricing scenarios. You will design a target market analysis graphic, a CRM workflow graphic, and a sales data chart using Canva for use across sales presentations. You will interpret AI-generated conversational signals from discovery calls to extract deal momentum indicators & evaluate next steps. You will also apply Claude AI to analyze customer profiles, develop personalized sales strategies, and optimize customer journey touchpoints. Each project produces a practical, immediately applicable sales development artifact.
