Applied Learning Project
Learners will apply self-care practices through three hands-on projects designed to transform reflection into real-world results. In Modern Meditation, you’ll design a personalized meditation routine and journal your progress to better align your daily life with your inner goals. In Reach Your Goals, you’ll work through guided exercises with Nedra Tawwab to create an actionable, values-based plan for achieving one of your own personal goals, supported by custom workbook prompts. In Mindful Digital Art, you’ll complete five art-based exercises with Morgan Harper Nichols, creating original digital pieces that integrate mindfulness and reflection while cultivating creative self-expression. Together, these projects provide learners with authentic opportunities to apply meditation, personal development tools, and mindful creativity in ways that can be sustained well beyond the classroom.
